Leslie Fenn believes that it is the job of everyone who works in a plastic surgery office to make their patients’ experiences rewarding – in fact, the best they can be.
Prior to PES, Leslie spent 3 years with Mentor Solutions, a consulting division of Johnson & Johnson. As Mentor’s Practice Specialist in the Northeast region, she brought tremendous enthusiasm and value to every practice she worked with because she thinks of herself as a “cheerleader” – whose job it is to get people excited about growing the practice. And she loves to teach proven strategies for success and help the staff make their job (and the physician’s job) easier. As she says, “Everyone has so much on their plate every day. Keeping things in balance is the key. That way, when the doctor is happy with the way the office is running, everyone is happy.”
She also worked for 9 years as an Office Coordinator for a thriving practice in Bloomfield, Connecticut. There, she did it all – handling patient flow, daily appointments, surgical scheduling, cash management, product training, product ordering, inventory, employee training and marketing.
Leslie loves showing people ‘proven solutions’ for practice growth, always emphasizing that the people who come into a plastic surgery practice have chosen to be there. They want to improve themselves and it’s our job to help them attain their goals.
Leslie and her husband, Jamie, have been married for 10 years and live in Connecticut. She loves to ski, swim, read and…shop. Leslie’s final words about the work she loves: “I like to make people happy and show others how to do the same.”
