Sandy Roos, Consultant & Co-Founder
Sandy is a Co-Founder of Practice Enhancement Specialists. Prior to founding PES, Sandy spent six years with Mentor Solutions, a consulting division of Johnson & Johnson, where she was one of the top cosmetic surgery practice management consultants. In addition to her consulting responsibilities, Sandy was the managing business consultant for the division over the Western United States. Her experience also includes work with medical and cosmetic surgery practices since 1984.
Sandy works closely with physicians helping them develop systems and processes that will make their practices stronger. Partnering with them, she assists in making strategic changes for their practice, opening up more opportunities for growth and hidden revenue while achieving organizational effectiveness.
Sandy helps develop innovative strategies that help practices differentiate themselves in an increasingly competitive market. Through her vast experience, she works with practices helping them develop an approach to evaluate practice performance, implement sales systems and build teams to affect positive change. She has both national and regional metrics and benchmarks that allow her to make recommendations to her practices based on real data.
Sandy is an accomplished speaker and presents annually at major Plastic Surgery conferences and meetings. She was also the dedicated speaker for the Paragon Staff Education Series and a presenter for all regional courses with Mentor Solutions.
Sandy is married and has three children. When not working or traveling, Sandy enjoys reading, working out and spending time with her husband, children, and Goldendoodles.
