G. Marshall Franklin, Consultant & Co-Founder
Marshall is a Co-Founder of Practice Enhancement Specialists, Inc. Having been in the plastic surgery business since 1995, Marshall brings a unique combination of business perspective and operational expertise to practices of any size.
Beginning in 1995, Marshall began his plastic surgery career at the prestigious Atlanta Plastic Surgery practice, founded in 1968 by Paul Black and Carl Hartrampf. Spending ten years at APS, which grew as large as 11 surgeons, Marshall refined his plastic surgery practice skills in human resource management, practice operations, MedSpa development, ambulatory surgery center construction and ASC operations.
In 2005, Marshall left Atlanta Plastic Surgery to devote his full-time efforts to his restaurant business. He opened 3 restaurants in 2004 and 2005 and maintains two restaurants currently. In 2007, Marshall joined Mentor Solutions as an Executive Consultant, concentrating on group practice issues, ASC consulting, MedSpa operations and new physician start-up.
Co-founding Practice Enhancement Specialists in 2011, Marshall and his business partner Sandy Roos look to expand on their combined 40 years of practice operational experience to bring their physician clients the latest consulting expertise in the aesthetic medicine market.
Marshall is a graduate of the University of Georgia and holds Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Health Care Administration (MHA) degrees from Georgia State University. In his free time, Marshall enjoys golf, outdoor activities and flying.
